I Understand You

Being a Confident Communicator requires effort and expertise. Bev Jessup understands the challenges you face like:

  • The frustration of trying to make your needs are known and your family and friends not understanding you

  • Wondering if you will ever be able to communicate confidently at home, work, school/college, or out with friends.

  • The embarrassment of having a lisp or stammer and worried that you might be teased or bullied.

It Doesn't Need to Be That Way

Since 1990, Beverley has worked in Specialist Schools and colleges for individuals with social interaction difficulties, she knows that teaching Social Skills helps adolescents and adults become more confident in interacting with others at home and outside.

She uses various Social skills programs like Alex Kelly's "Talkabout", Comic-Strip Conversations, and Social stories to explore how each individual can grow in their ability to function in real-life situations, solving communication breakdowns as they arise.

Bev is passionate about working with students who have social skills challenges, social anxiety as well as other speech and language-related difficulties!

Whether you have had a stroke, a brain injury, or any other neurological condition, Bev understands how she can help you use the sounds correctly, understand more complex instructions, remember information more accurately and express your ideas more clearly.

Her patient, understanding, and methodical approach will guide you carefully through a process of increased communication with your family and friends. You no longer have to wait in a waiting room or on a list, access this service from the comfort of your favourite chair.

Bev is trained to help you or your loved ones overcome speech and language obstacles and gain confidence.

Clients have come to see Beverley because they needed to improve their presentation skills at work but lacked confidence and structure or they were embarrassed by their lisp or stammer.

Following a thorough assessment of their communication and speech skills, Bev can quickly devise a step-by-step way of gaining clarity and confidence in speaking in public places at home, college or at work.

If you would like to advance your career prospects and you feel that your speech and presentation skills are holding you back, then Bev can provide you with the roadmap to communication success.

This is What Our Clients Say

Research shows that online therapy has the same or better outcomes than ‘in person’ sessions. It’s more accessible, removes waiting lists and reduces anxiety by taking place in the comfort of the home or school, rather than a clinical setting. Combine that with our interactive software, proven to increase engagement and creativity, and it's clear why we're getting such incredible results.
